How can you grow with M&A’s?
This morning we held a joint conference with KPMG Israel, where we discussed mergers and acquisitions in conditions of uncertainty – a constantly relevant topic in today’s climate.
The conference was opened by Yaaqov Gamliel, partner and head of the Industry and Companies in Growth departments at KPMG. We then had a panel led by Udi Arad, head of the Commercial Law department at our firm, with the participation of Danit Rimon, head of the Special credits Division at Bank Leumi, Nir Nahshon, partner in the Transactions Support department at KPMG, and Mattan Meridor, head of the Competition Law department at Agmon.
We concluded with a fascinating lecture by Shai Babad, President and CEO of the Strauss Group, on managing processes and making decisions in crisis conditions.
