Adv. David Cohen participated in a professional panel of the 12th Legal Conference organized by the Israeli Bar Association. The conference featured the President of Israel, government ministers, and members of the Knesset, as well as prominent figures in the legal field and from leading law firms.
In the panel titled ‘Where is the Tech Industry Headed?’ David spoke about the cultural, social, and political infrastructure required for the development and growth of a high-tech industry and entrepreneurship as a social phenomenon, as opposed to individual cases. He emphasized that to provide a nurturing environment for entrepreneurship, countries must, among other things, foster an atmosphere of freedom of thought, creativity, social mobility, and trust between its citizens and government.
