“Attorneys Yona Goshen Gottstein, Itamar Shimanovitz and Tal Levy represented Bank Discount and Migdal Insurance Company in a financing transaction for IBC, an infrastructure and communications company, for the expansion of its fiber optic network. This is a further expansion of the financing, reaching a cumulative amount of NIS 1.4 billion. Following the transaction, the company’s fiber infrastructure is expected to reach 2.4 million households.”
