Our office in Be’er Sheva is an integral part of the economic and technological ecosystem in Be’er Sheva and the broader Negev region in general. In such role, we collaborate with The Lauder Employment Center of the Negev, which provides tools for both employees throughout their professional journey and employers in retaining talented human capital.
Recently, we held a joint convention on labor law issues during times of crisis, that included the Human Resources Forum in High-Tech Companies in the South, led by The Lauder Employment Center.
Attorney Dganit Lapidor Zinger, co-head of the Labor Law Department, gave an in-depth lecture on employee recruitment and termination procedures during periods of instability in general and during wartime in particular. In her lecture, Dganit focused on what is permissible to ask and forbidden to ask in a job interview, on issues related to the prohibition on discrimination in hiring, and on restrictions on dismissals, especially as expanded during the Iron Swords War.
We will continue to cooperate with leading bodies in the southern region of Israel to continuously expand the range of opportunities in the area.
