Dr. Itay Hass at Dun’s 100 Insolvency forum

Dr. Itay Hass, Head of the firm’s Insolvency Department, participated in Duns 100 Insolvency forum together with other leaders of this field in Israel.
In his previous position, Itay has served as Head of Legal Department at the Administrator General and the Official Receiver unit of Ministry of Justice and has been a key partner in formulating the new Insolvency and Economic Rehabilitation Law.
The forum discussed various challenges in this field, and how to confront them, as well as the impact of the omicron wave on the Israeli market. The participants also discussed the Ministry of Justice’s decision on splitting the powers of the Administrator General and the Official Receiver and its expected effects on quality of service to Israeli citizens and business owners.
