Following a successful Supreme Court petition: Ra’anana to be included in Target Price Plan for affordable housing for young residents

Attorneys Renad Eid, Talia Schein Kalmanson and Roni Yotvat, from our firm’s Administrative Litigation and Planning & Zoning departments, achieved an outstanding accomplishment against the Israel Land Authority, the Ministry of Construction and Housing, and the Ministry of Finance!

Their petition to the Supreme Court of Israel (Bagatz) against the State was accepted this week after a long legal battle, which concluded when the State informed the Court that the petition was justified and should be fully

accepted, thus including the City of Ra’anana in the Target Price Plan, which offers discounted housing for young couples and Ra’anana’s young residents.
