Israel’s largest and most advanced waste sorting facility is underway!

In a remarkable cross-department cooperation, we accompanied the agreement recently signed for the establishment and operation of the new facility between KMM Recycling Industries Ltd., which operates sorting and waste facilities, and T.M.I.R. Manufacturers Recycling Corporation in Israel Ltd.

Attorneys Dafna Achiam Tal, a partner in the High-Tech department , and Amir Fish, a partner in the Environmental Law department, managed the complex process that involved a wide array of legal aspects. Additional teams from the Litigation, Competition & Antitrust, Real Estate, Planning & Zoning, and High-Tech departments provided support.
