On-site tour on Caesarea Assets Corporation projects for the Real estate team

Our real estate department, which serves as legal counsel to the Caesarea Assets Corporation, was invited for an on-site tour of the Corporation’s various projects, on which we advise closely.

It was enlightening to see how legal work and professional challenges connect in the field, and it was a great pleasure to spend time with the company’s professional team.

Among other places, the team visited:

The Railway Campus in the Caesarea Business and Industrial Park. The campus is currently under construction and set to include 45,000 square meters of office space, an auditorium, and commercial space;

The Decathlon Logistic Center – a logistics center of environmentally friendly construction which includes storage units and office space;

The Or Yam Commercial Center – a shopping and office center that was opened to the public a few months ago.

Our team has been involved in these projects from the beginning, covering various aspects, including planning processes, construction, contractor and consultant agreements, lease agreements, and complex negotiation processes.
