On July 18th, we will hold an online conference on “Licensing In & Out as a strategy for technology commercialization”.
Adv. Yifat Tsafrir, a partner in our Commercial Department, will lead the webinar in collaboration with Adv. Inbal Aviad, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer of Papaya Global and Chairman of ACC High-Tech Companies Forum.
Yifat and Inbal will discuss the considerations that justify the use of a license for technology commercialization, how to choose a consideration structure suitable to the relevant circumstances (including customary anti-stacking provisions) and key protections for each side to reduce it major exposures.
