Sometimes, company officers – managers and board members – are at the center of the investigations.
The department’s team has experience in representing officials in the framework of investigations before the trustee and before the court. These investigations may have a direct impact on the question of the liability of the office holders, when quality legal representation may help the office holder present their position in the most accurate manner, and clarify the factual picture.
