The department’s team also handles purchase of activities and shares, mergers and shareholder agreements – sometimes with public aspects that include corporate governance.
The team has unique areas of expertise that include vast experience in acting on complex real estate agreements, in-depth knowledge of the dynamic field of renewable energy, unique expertise in debt financing in the UK and the US under Rule 144A, acting on royalty M&A’s, TACT-Institutional IPOs, administrative enforcement pursuant to the Securities Law, representing holding groups and dually listed companies and more.
We represent clients before the Israel Securities Authority in preliminary inquiries and with respect to any issue that arises during the company’s lifecycle, and opposite rating agencies, underwriters, trustees and other regulators. The department’s staff assists clients in preparing and submitting all the reports required under the Securities Law and related regulation.

The department is led by Shirel Guttman-Amira, one of the leading attorneys in Israel in the practice of securities, corporations and capital markets, who before joining the firm served as head of the corporations department at the Israel Securities Authority.
