Electricity production in facilities operating with natural gas forms the basis of the Israeli electricity economy today, when in the future additional facilities are expected to be built by the private market, in addition to the existing facilities privately owned and owned by Israel Electric Corporation.

Our firm represents several of the largest manufacturers in the economy in their activities with the Electricity Authority, Israel Electric Corporation and the system manager, as well as in the capital market and in various commercial aspects. Our firm also provides counsel to clients in tenders for the sale of Israel Electric Corporation power plants within the framework of the reform.
