Within the framework of environmental regulation, which is constantly changing, we represent our clients from the initial stage of receiving drafts and preliminary legal memoranda, formulating and conveying a cohesive position regarding the emerging regulation, and representing the industrial sector in professional discussions with government officials and the various Knesset committees.

In addition, we assist our clients in studying and dealing with specific regulatory requirements (such as emission permits and business license conditions) according to the best of our experience and, if necessary, also in filing appeals and objections to mandatory requirements.
