Participation in public tenders may be fraught with challenges. The bidder, who seeks out big wins, is expected to face quite a few obstacles even when the terms of the tender are as clear, transparent and fair as possible.

The administrative law team at our firm has special expertise in tender law, and we represent government agencies and public companies in all stages of the tender – acting on the tender process itself, from publishing the tender, preparing and submitting the offer, representing before the tender committee, and up to the closing stages the tender. We also provide representation and litigation services during the legal proceeding stage, which includes submitting administrative tender petitions, including against the tender process, appeals against results, as well as representing winners and bidders in these types of proceeding – from document preparation to tender results and potential administrative litigation.

In addition, we act for petitioners (corporations and individuals), respondents and third parties in complex administrative law issues and represent them before various administrative bodies, including government ministries, Israel Competition Authority, Israel Securities Authority, local authorities, the Bank of Israel, planning and construction committees, tender committees and more.
