The unique experience of the department’s partners in the IT sector is reflected on the ground, representing tech giants in a wide variety of transactions, Matrix, IT Solutions, the Azrieli Group, Mehadrin, the Mivne Group, Gazit, Nitsba, Mishkei HaKibbutzim, Bynet Systems and many others, in technology transactions in the areas of IT (including ERP, CRM, billing), hardware, software and SaaS.

In addition, the team has unique experience in the world of healthcare, acting on transactions for intellectual property commercialization of technology transfer offices (TTOS) in Israel and abroad as well as healthcare institutions, and in the legal and regulatory aspects of digital medicine (including medical information processing, information management systems and clinical studies).

Osnat Sarusi Firstater, head of the department, is an information systems analyst by training and has special expertise in IT transactions, intellectual property commercialization, healthcare and M&A. The other partners in the department have vast experience in technology from both academic studies and military service.
