In early June, the Regulation of Payment Services and Payment Initiation Services Law will come into effect.
This legislation is a real revolution in the payment landscape, paving the way for new players to enter the Israeli market and innovative payment services to be introduced.
With the upcoming entry into effect of the legislation, we are delighted to hold and host a professional conference together with the Fischer Center of Corporate Governance in the Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law and the Israeli Association of Corporate Counsel and will focus on the regulatory and antitrust aspects of the new legislation.
The conference will take place in Malka Brender Auditorium (“Kes Hamishpat”) in the Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law and will feature senior executives from the Israel Securities Authority, Bank of Israel, Israel Competition Authority, Poalim Bank, Fin-Tech companies and more.
Many legal counsels and representatives from Fin-Tech companies, banks, institutional investors, financial services providers, and others have already secured their spots at the conference.
