Property and Building Corp purchased Mr. Aaron Frenkel’s shares in Gav-Yam Land Corporation Ltd.

Congratulations to our client, Mr. Aaron Frenkel, on completing one of the largest private share sale transactions in the Israeli real estate market this year.
Shirel Guttman-Amira, head of the Corporate, Securities and Capital Markets Department, advised Mr. Frenkel together with Eitan Shmueli from Lipa Meir in this NIS 3.2 billion transaction, in which Property and Building Corp purchased Mr. Frenkel’s shares in Gav-Yam Land Corporation Ltd.
