Represented Delek Group in an Issuance of NIS 900 Million

Partner Amir Goddard and Associate Marom Bouznah of our Corporate, Securities and Capital Markets Department, represented Delek Group in an issuance of a new public series of bonds of NIS 900 million. part of the proceeds was used for partial early redemption of another series of bonds issued by the company.
