Represented Tnuva in a principaled hearing regarding the claim of excessive price for cottage cheese

During the past week, the Supreme Court of Israel held a principled hearing on the appeal filed by Tnuva against a judgment given in a class action, stating that it charged an excessive and unfair price for cottage cheese between the years 2009-2011.
Attorneys Zvi Agmon, Yonatan Kehat and Hanan Cidor from our office represented Tnuva in the appeal, which unusually was broadcast live following a request by Globes.
This case may have significant implications.
