Representing Azorim Living in a partnership agreement with Migdal company for a construction project comprising 350 apartments

Attorneys Yona Goshen Gottstein and Eli Dahan along with interns Ofer Rubinstein and Nir Kaufman represented Azorim Living in a partnership agreement with Migdal company for a construction project comprising 350 apartments at the Pat Junction in Jerusalem, which will be leased on a long-term rental basis.

Under the agreement, Migdal will acquire 49% of the land rights for approximately 137 million NIS and will provide a financing package amounting to hundreds of millions of NIS for Azorim Living’s share in the project.

The transaction was handled in collaboration by the team from our firm’s Finance and Banking department, together with the team from the Real Estate department.
