Debt transactions are becoming a growing trend. Banks, private companies and institutional entities are realizing the significant business opportunities and advantages it holds, and the substantial profit that could be made by buying or selling of debt.
It was a pleasure to discuss this fascinating topic in the conference we held last week, where Mr. Hanan Friedman, President & CEO at Bank Leumi and Mr. Avi Kaminski, CEO of KCR – Kaminski Corporate Recovery shared their insights from a private and institutional point of view, along with partner Yona Goshen Gottstein, Head of our Banking & Finance department and partner Dr. Itay Hass, Head of our Insolvency Department, who shed light on the legal and financial aspects of the topic.
