Congratulations to NewMed Energy on signing a combination agreement with Capricorn Energy PLC, a UK company traded in the London Stock Exchange. The combination will create a MENA gas and energy champion and one of the largest upstream energy independents listed in London

The firm’s inter-departmental team advised NewMed Energy as their Israeli counsel, in the signing of the combination agreement this morning.
