Representing Teva in acquiring the rights to Israeli company Biologic’s asthma treatment

Adv’s Lana Tavor and Guy Azoulay represented Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries in a collaboration agreement with the Israeli company Biologic Design, which is developing an asthma treatment. Teva will oversee the completion of Biologic’s antibody-based therapy for asthma and skin asthma treatment, gaining exclusive licensing rights to market the drug.
