Attorneys Galia Suesskind-Spiegel and Tal Levy, of our firm’s Real Estate department, represented the Caesarea Assets Corporation in a long-term lease agreement with the K.S.P Group, Israel’s leading consumer products, computer and cellular network company, for the lease of logistics space.
K.S.P. Group will lease approximately 5,300 square meters in the Shaham logistics center in the Caesarea Smart Business Park for a period of approximately 20 years. The advanced logistics center covers an operational area of approximately 18,000 square meters, and recently the Caesarea Assets Corporation invested close to 60 million NIS in its construction.
This significant transaction highlights the continued development and growth of the Caesarea Smart Business Park, which hosts a variety of leading companies.
Galia and her team serve as legal counsel to the Caesarea Assets Corporation, advising on a range of matters related to the Corporation’s operations.
