We place a special emphasis on social involvement and helping the community, and dedicate a significant amount of time to unique, meaningful activities in these areas

Significant social action

The firm represents and supports many parties on a pro bono basis, including associations and private individuals, in administrative petitions and civil lawsuits.

The firm encourages lawyers, interns and administrative staff to invest their time in social actions, and finances 50 hours of volunteering per year, on account of working hours, for each employee interested, in any field close to their heart.

The firm allocates a budget to each employee intended for donation to a non-profit per their personal preference and values.

We are involved in a diverse set of social projects under the leadership and participation of lawyers and interns at the firm, including volunteering with boarding school children, assistance to the elderly, extreme sports activities with the disabled and much more.

Once a year there is a day of significant social action in which all the employees of the firm take part.

Diversity

The first and only law firm to win the Dov Lautman Business Diversity Award for 2020, which was awarded by Maala and the Israeli Forum for Employment Diversity.

Workplace diversity and inclusion are critical values for our business success; we therefore strive for diversity inclduing through a variety of collaborations with various organizations that work to promote the employment of workers from diverse populations. To this end, we have appointed designated supervisors who lead the workplace diversity program at the firm.

Such diversification includes:

  • A summer legal training program for outstanding students from the Arab society accompanied by mentors from the firm in cooperation with Kav Mashve
  • Employment workshops for outstanding students from the Ultraorthodox (Haredi)  sector
  • Collaborations with Olim Beyahad and Sipur al Haderech which work for the promotion of Ethiopian Immigrants
  • Cooperation with Co-Impact for the purpose of building a dedicated work plan for the firm in order to increase diversity
  • Participation in conferences and seminars on behalf of various associations to promote workplace diversity in the business sector
  • Marking the holidays of the varrious religions and cultures at the firm
  • Language courses for firm employees, as part of the “Agmoniversity” enrichment program.

Environmental responsibility

The firm takes significant steps to protect the environment, such as reducing the use of paper, massively encouraging recycling and using biodegradable materials
