Adi Cohen

Adi Cohen is an associate in the Commercial Law Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Adi provides ongoing counsel to private companies and partnerships, specializing in commercial law and mergers and acquisitions. She advises on local and international transactions across various sectors and offers ongoing commercial advice to entrepreneurs and corporations, including industrial companies, medical institutions, high-tech companies, and more.

During her academic studies, Adi served as a research assistant for the interdisciplinary research project TraffLab (ERC), led by Prof. Hila Shamir at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law. The project is funded by the European Research Council (ERC) under the EU’s research and innovation program.

She also served as a member of the editorial board of the “Dinê Israel” law journal at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law.
