Allon Zomer is an associate in the Finance and Banking Department at our Tel Aviv office.
Allon handles complex financing transactions in the local and international markets and provides regulatory guidance and advice to companies in the credit and banking sectors.
- Advised Veridis Environment in financing the OPC transaction, in which Veridis (through a subsidiary) will acquire 20% of a company that will consolidate all of OPC’s energy activities.
- Advised a leading bank on a major telecommunications project in Senegal.
- Advised Modiin Energy in financing a drilling project in Colorado.
