Biography

Amir Rosenthal is an associate in the litigation department at our Tel Aviv office.

Amir works in the field of civil-commercial litigation in all branches of law, with an emphasis on corporate governance, liability of officers, directors and shareholders, derivative claims and class actions.

Amir was licensed to practice law and joined our firm in 2021, after interning in the civil department at the State Attorney’s Office.

Amir graduated with two bachelor’s degrees in law and in philosophy and economics. During his studies, Amir received the Kogan honors certificate and his name was included in the dean’s list of honorees. During his economics studies, Amir took part in renewing the Israel Forum of Economics Students and in leading the establishment of the International Student Initiative for Pluralism in Economics (ISIPE).

Additionally, Amir holds research master’s degree in law, graduating with honors. He completed his thesis under the supervision of Professor Menachem Mautner.
