Amit Hirsch is a partner in the Litigation department at our Tel Aviv office.

Amit has a proven track record of successfully representing clients in various complex litigation matters across a broad range of practice areas.

Amit’s focus is on the resolution of complex commercial disputes, securities class actions, environmental disputes, derivative claims dealing with directors ‘and officers’ responsibilities, insurance claims, regulation, consumer affairs, and more. Amit works with start-ups, private entrepreneurs, and established clients across multiple sectors, such as pharma, technology, insurance, and many more.

Amit combines a strategic business vision with a deep familiarity with the landscape in which his clients operate and a rich experience in successfully managing litigation, whether in the courts or tribunals, through arbitration or mediation.
