Biography
Amitai Lemberger is an associate in the litigation department and preventive regulation department at our Jerusalem office.
Amitai works in civil litigation before the courts. In addition, Amitai provides legal counsel with regard to regulatory issues in a variety of areas, including consumerism, health, food and accessibility, both in individual issues and in accompanying companies in the procedures for formulating the regulator’s policy and its implementation in practice.
Graduating with honors, during his academic studies Amitai served as a teaching assistant in the Civil Procedure and Criminal Procedure courses at the Hebrew University. In addition, Amitai served as an editorial member of the “Mishpatim” journal of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University.
Amitai joined our firm in 2020, after interning in the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office (criminal department).
