Ariel Shanon

Ariel Shanon is an assocaite in the labor law department at our Tel Aviv office.

Ariel has over 7 years of experience in providing legal advice to employers, many of which are among the largest and most prominent business in Israel. Ariel acts for senior employees from major corporations in all aspects of labor law.

Ariel has experience in conducting enforcement reviews of labor laws, including making recommendations to correct deficiencies and pointing out potential exposures. In addition, Ariel accompanies the ongoing transactions with in-depth due diligence in aspects of labor law. Ariel also prepares individual employment agreements, employment conditions under the law, including dealing with cases around pregnancy, employment termination procedures, drafting internal procedures, and representation in courts.
