Biography
Avital Mandel-Hara is a partner in the Hi-tech, Technology & Venture Capital departent at our Tel Aviv office.
Avital provides legal advice to private and publicly held corporations, mainly technology and life science companies, from their inception and initial business transactions throughout their business stages in various corporate and commercial matters and transactions (both domestic and international), including venture funding transactions, intellectual property protection, commercial agreements and general corporate counseling as well as advising companies with respect to their day to day corporate affairs.
From 2011 through 2012, Avital was an in-house counsel at a large industrial company, assisting its general counsel and advising the various departments of the company as to their day to day corporate and legal affairs.
