Avital Sela

Avital Sela is a partner in the Hi-tech, Technology & Venture Capital Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Avital provides ongoing legal advice to private and publicly held corporations, mainly technology and life science companies, through all stages of development, in corporate and commercial matters, including venture funding transactions, intellectual property protection, commercial agreements and general corporate counseling as well as advises companies with respect to their day to day corporate affairs and contractual obligations.

Avital also advises clients on environmental law matters.
