Biography
Avner Malkis is an associate at the corporate recovery department at our Tel Aviv office.
Avner’s practice includes complex insolvency cases of corporations and individuals, with an emphasis on the rehabilitation and recovery of entities that fall into financial difficulties. Avner represents debtors and creditors, and also serves as a court-appointed trustee to manage insolvency proceedings.
Among the cases that Avner deals with are insolvency proceedings of some of the largest corporations in Israel. Avner also represents business partnerships and private individuals.
Before joining our firm, Avner worked in a leading firm in the field of insolvency as a pre-intern, and also served as a research assistant in the field as part of his studies at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center.
Avner joined our firm in 2019. He began his career as an intern in the insolvency and litigation departments and was qualified as an attorney in 2021.
