Ayelet Broditzky

Ayelet Broditzky is an associate in the litigation department at our Tel aviv office.

Ayelet has specific expertise in complex Civil & Commercial litigation (including arbitration and mediation), Tender Laws, IT and Intellectual Property. Ayelet also represents clients and advises in matters regarding the Innovation Authority’s R&D programs.

Ayelet also advises Israeli and international companies on diverse M&A transactions (including share acquisitions, asset deals, and joint ventures) – from due diligence, through negotiation and drafting of complex agreements, to transaction completion and handling regulatory interface issues.”
