Chen provides general corporate legal services across all sectors, focusing on venture capital, startups and compliance advice.

With more than nine years of experience in the Venture Capital sector as a fund manager and compliance officer, Chen advises companies on all aspects of their business and investors in startups. Her commercial expertise extends to capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and compliance advice.

Before entering the Venture Capital ecosystem, Chen advised companies and enterprises operating in Israel on a wide range of Labor law issues.

Chen also has experience as a company director.
