Biography
Dafna Achiam Tal is a partner in the Hi-tech, Technology & Venture Capital Department and Corporate, Securities and Capital Markets Department at our Tel Aviv office.
Dafna provides ongoing legal advice to private and publicly held corporations, traded in Israel and abroad, mainly technology and life science companies, from their inception and initial business transactions throughout their business stages in various corporate and commercial matters (both domestic and international), including venture funding transactions, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, commercial agreements and general corporate counseling as well as advising companies with respect to their day to day corporate affairs and contractual obligations.
Prior to joining the firm, Dafna was an associate in a leading hi-tech law firm specializing in corporate law, securities laws and business law, primarily in the high-tech industry and prior to that, practiced in a law firm specializing in intellectual property law and litigation with special emphasis on intellectual property litigation.
