Dana Fried Oshriel

Dana Fried Oshriel is a partner in the planing and zoning department at our Tel Aviv office.

Dana focuses her practice on planning and construction, real estate and administrative law.

Dana drafts legal opinions and represents clients in litigation before all instances of court, in proceedings opposite various authorities, planning institutions and appeal committees, and in particular – courts of administrative affairs and the High Court of Justice.

Dana’s clients include municipalities, planning and construction committees, real estate companies, developers and private clients.

Dana has extensive professional experience and knowledge in all aspects related to real estate, including legal assistance to complex outline plans, challenges, building permits, deviation permits and easements, boundary changes and revenue distribution, regulation and legislative processes, urban renewal, petitions and more.
