Biography
Dana Schwartz is an associate in the corporate, securities and capital market department at our Tel Aviv office.
Dana provides regular counsel to public companies, public partnerships and reporting corporations in all aspects related to corporate law, securities law, the capital market, including their representation before the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies, dealing with IPOs and capital raising, as well as accompanying Israeli companies in IPOs and in public issuances of commercial securities.
Dana joined our firm in 2020 as an intern and was licensed as an attorney in 2022.
