Elad Mirvis

Elad Mirvis is a partner in the Litigation and Tax departments at our Tel Aviv office.

Elad has over 10 years’ of experience in complex litigation cases, many of them bet-the-company cases for a diverse range of corporate and private clients operating in, inter alia, the real estate, pharma, tech, and many other prominent sectors.

Elad has a successful track record in managing business disputes, through the courts, arbitration or mediation. Furthermore, clients frequently turn to Elad for his comprehensive knowledge of Israeli taxation, guiding them through issues surrounding income tax, real estate appreciation tax, and VAT. Elad leads on the tax aspects of various transactions, whether acquisitions, real estate transactions, financial investments, structural changes in corporations, capital raising, and debt, and where necessary, accompanies clients in resolving highly complex and significant tax disputes.
