Biography
Eliyahu (Eli) Dahan is a partner in the real estate and urban renewal department at our Tel Aviv office.
Eli represents companies and entrepreneurs and is an expert in providing counsel in complex real estate transactions, including combination transactions, urban renewal (Pinui Binui and TAMA 38), yielding real estate, financing agreements and contractor agreements, service agreements and legal opinions.
Eli also provides comprehensive legal counsel in large-scale lease transactions starting from the stage of locating the property, publishing tenders and accompanying the contracting, planning, construction and occupancy procedures.
In 2020, Eli was ranked by the international ranking guide Legal 500 as a “rising star” in the field of real estate and urban renewal.
