Elnatan (Ulli) Bedell

Elnatan (Ulli) Bedell is an associate in the planning, construction and real estate department at our Jerusalem office.

Ulli specializes in the fields of civil, commercial and administrative law.

Ulli counsels and represents his clients in complex real estate transactions, including religious endowment properties and provides legal advice in various fields to non-profit organizations, the Jerusalem Theater, Shaare Zedek Medical Center and more.

Ulli is qualified to draft ongoing powers of attorney, preliminary directives with respect to the requirement to appoint a guardian and expression-of-will documents.

Ullie served as a research assistant to Professor Binyamin Shmueli in the field of torts, who recently published a book on Maimonides’ tort theory published by the Cambridge publishing house.

Within the framework of the university, Ollie took part in a counseling and legislation clinic at the Ministry of Justice, under the guidance of Dr. Assaf Harel and Dr. Itai Bar-Siman-Tov.

Ollie began his career at the firm as an intern, was licensed to practice law in 2017, and returned to the firm as an associate attorney in 2019.

• Represented developers in the promotion a significant improvement plan at the entrance to the city of Jerusalem.
• Represented clients and developerss in complex and large-scale projects, from the purchase of the land to the registration of the rights.
• Provided representation for, drafted and performed the submission of ongoing powers of attorney to the firm’s clients.
• Settled disputes and examined improvements with respect to religious endowments, which are under the management and supervision of the Rabbinical Court.
