Ulli counsels and represents his clients in complex real estate transactions, including religious endowment properties and provides legal advice in various fields to non-profit organizations, the Jerusalem Theater, Shaare Zedek Medical Center and more.
Ulli is qualified to draft ongoing powers of attorney, preliminary directives with respect to the requirement to appoint a guardian and expression-of-will documents.
Ullie served as a research assistant to Professor Binyamin Shmueli in the field of torts, who recently published a book on Maimonides’ tort theory published by the Cambridge publishing house.
Within the framework of the university, Ollie took part in a counseling and legislation clinic at the Ministry of Justice, under the guidance of Dr. Assaf Harel and Dr. Itai Bar-Siman-Tov.
Ollie began his career at the firm as an intern, was licensed to practice law in 2017, and returned to the firm as an associate attorney in 2019.
