Biography
Gershon (Glenn) Shalon-Winter is a partner in the Hi-tech, Technology & Venture Capital department at our Tel Aviv office.
Gershon has specific expertise in private equity transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and technology transfer agreements. Gershon also advises start-up companies, as well as more established enterprises, in all phases of their legal business and corporate affairs and regularly counsels Israeli and foreign acquirers and target companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and in the legal aspects of licensing and commercializing technology.
Gershon was an associate at the New York City law firm of Cole & Deitz from 1982-1985.
