Biography
Gili Bartura is an associate in the financing and banking department at our Tel Aviv office.
As part of her work, Gili provides counsel in financing transactions in various aspects and provides guidance and regulatory advice to companies in the fields of credit and banking.
In the past, Gili coordinated the issue of regulatory impact assessment processes at the Ministry of Justice and in this framework accompanied regulators in carrying out these processes in the various divisions of the ministry.
Gili was licensed to practiced law and joined our firm in 2021, after interning at the Ministry of Justice in the consulting and legislation department of the Ministry of Justice.
