Guy Azulay

Biography

Guy Azulay is an associate in the Insolvency Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Guy deals with all aspects of this field, including company rehabilitation proceedings, liquidation, management of proceedings related to officers’ liabilities, individual debtors, and the collection and realization of assets.

Guy also provides regular advice regarding insolvency to the firm’s various departments, such as High-Tech, Capital Markets, and Real Estate.

Guy has experience representing various parties, either creditors or debtors, whether they are large corporations, business partnerships, cooperative societies, and non-profits, or individuals involved in rehabilitation and liquidation proceedings.

Guy served as a legal assistant to Hon. Judge Iris Lushi-Abudi at the Tel Aviv District Court, and previously served as judicial clerk for the President of the Tel Aviv District Court, Hon. Judge Eitan Orenstein. In these roles, Guy dealt with some of the largest and most complex insolvency cases in the Israeli market.

Guy frequently lectures at training sessions for the Israel Bar Association on individual and corporate insolvency issues.

Guy also serves as a teaching assistant in various courses at the Faculty of Law of the College of Management Academic Studies, including Corporate Law, Civil Procedure, and Law and Economics.
As part of his studies, Guy was the editor-in-chiief of “HaPraklit” journal published by the Israel Bar Association.
