Ido Ravid

Biography

Ido is an associate in the the High-tech and Technology Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Ido is involved in accompanying high-tech companies and in particular start-ups and private entrepreneurs, in their ongoing business activities and in a variety of transactions including capital raising, investments, and buying or selling shares – while complying with legal requirements and accompanying while engaging with governmental entities. In addition, Ido provides legal advice on privacy laws to both large and small high-tech companies in the Israeli market.

As part of his studies, Ido served as a research assistant of Dr. Rachel Friedman at the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University. Additionally, he participated as a writer in the “Buchmanist” edition 2020 of the Law Students’ Council, and published an article including comparative research on the issue of broadcasting court hearings in Israel and worldwide.

Ido joined our firm in 2022 as an intern, and was qualified as a lawyer in 2024.

  • Accompanied an investment transaction in Cady Solutions Ltd., where the company issued new preferred shares to the new investor.
  • Accompanied the establishment of the new innovation project in Be’er Sheva, Synergy 7 Ltd., for the purpose of promoting and developing technological innovation supported by the Israel Innovation Authority.
  • Accompanied the investment of the Italian bank Neva in the Israeli company Coronet, where the bank received new preferred sharesissued in the investment round.
