Isaac Marciano is a partner and leads the Arbitration & Mediation practice in the firm.
With his dual background as both a lawyer and a CPA, Isaac specializes in Corporate, securities and capital markets, commercial Law, litigation, and taxation. Isaac serves as an arbitrator and mediator, particularly in complex commercial disputes.
Isaac graduated from the Hebrew University Law Faculty (cum laude) in 1988 after serving as Editor in Chief of the law journal “MISHPATIM” of the Hebrew University Law Faculty and as assistant lecturer to Prof. P. Shifman.
Isaac served as a legal intern to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (retired), Meir Shamgar, and at S. Horowitz and Co., Law Offices as personal intern to the late Dr. Amnon Goldenberg. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 1989.
In addition, Isaac studied accounting and economics at the Hebrew University and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an LL.M from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
