Ishay Wasyng

Ishay Wasyng is an associate in the Hi-Tech, Technology & Venture Capital Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Ishay provides ongoing legal counsel to public and private companies, focusing on high-tech and technology companies. He advises companies and investors throughout all stages of their business activity, including venture capital and private equity financing and mergers and acquisitions.

Ishay handles drafting and negotiations of various commercial agreements, while focusing on providing efficient legal solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

During his academic studies, Ishay was an editorial board member of the Dine Israel Law Review at Tel Aviv University.
