Itamar Shlissel

Itamar Shlissel is an associate in the planning and zoning department at our Jerusalem office.

Itamar practices in the field of planning and construction law, administrative law, real estate law and civil litigation. Among other things, Itamar provides representation and legal counsel in proceedings before the various courts, planning institutions and authorities.

Itamar graduated with a combined bachelor’s-master’s degree in law through the ‘Amirim’ Interdisciplinary Honors Program in the Humanities at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During his academic studies, Itamar served as an editorial member of the “Mishpatim” journal of the faculty of law at the Hebrew University, and as a teaching assistant in the “Constitutional Law” course.

Itamar joined our firm in 2020, after interning at the Ministry of Justice in the consulting and legislation department (public-constitutional).
