Karin Abramovich

Karin Abramovich is an associate in the Hi-tech, Technology and Venture Capital Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Karin provides ongoing legal advice to corporations, mainly technology and life science companies, from their inception and initial business transactions throughout their business stages in various corporate and commercial matters and transactions, both domestic and international. Including, venture funding transactions, commercial agreements, data protection and general corporate counseling as well as advising companies with respect to their day-to-day corporate affairs.

During her internship, Karin worked as a teaching assistant atthe Harry Radzyner Law School at the Reichman University.
